Customer care

Thank you for contacting Peacock Customer Care.  I hope you are doing well. How may I help you today?

I upgraded to Premium Plus commercial-free, but when I watch the Olympics, I am still seeing commercials. What's up with that?

I apologize for the inconvenience. I will be happy to assist you with it.

Could you please confirm the specific contents or shows you are getting ads?

I was just watching the livestream of Curling on the Olympics.

Thank you for confirming.

Due to streaming rights, a small amount of programming, Peacock channels, live events, and a few TV shows and movies, will still contain ads.

That doesn't make sense. My account says "Plus Option (Ad-Free)". Some ads is not ad-free. Why should I pay $5 a month if I am still seeing ads?

I understand your frustration and want to make sure your Premium Plus subscription is working as intended. Can you please try watching The Office and let us know if you are still seeing ads?

I don't want to watch The Office I want to watch the Olympics without ads. Tell me how I can do that.

I apologize for this. We greatly appreciate your feedback, as we are always looking to improve our user's experience on Peacock.

So how do I watch the Olympics without ads?

Due to streaming rights, there will be a small amount of ads on the programming, Peacock channels, live events, and a few TV shows and movies.

Then why isn't Premium Plus advertised as "Reduced Ads" or "Fewer Ads" instead of "Ad-Free"?

We understand your frustration and apologize for any inconvenience. We appreciate your feedback and will ensure the proper teams are made aware. Peacock Premium Plus includes everything in Peacock Premium with a reduced ad experience as well as the option to download select titles offline on mobile and tablets devices all for $9.99/month or $99.99/year.

Okay, we're done.

I apologize for the inconvenience.

Not your fault. Your corporate masters are to blame.

(Supposedly not a robot, but an actual human.)

The most curious thing is that you were watching curling

Don't beat yourself up...I was watching it, too. It was more laugh-inducing than any of the current sit-coms.
